What exactly is freeze-dried candy?
Freeze-drying is a process that removes 99% of the moisture from candy while it is frozen. This causes the candy to expand and creates a light, airy, and incredibly crunchy texture while intensifying the original flavors.
How long does freeze-dried candy last?
When kept in its original airtight packaging and stored in a cool, dry place, our freeze-dried candy can remain fresh for up to a year. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within a week for the best crunch.
Why does my candy look slightly different than the photos?
Because the freeze-drying process involves high pressure and temperature changes, each piece of candy expands uniquely. Some pieces may be larger or more fragile than others, but they all pack the same delicious flavor.
Do you offer shipping insurance for fragile items?
Yes, we take great care in packaging your treats with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. However, due to the extreme fragility of freeze-dried items, some 'candy dust' at the bottom of the bag is normal and great as a topping for ice cream!
What is your return policy on food items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Are your products gluten-free or allergy-safe?
Specific ingredients vary by candy type; please refer to the individual product descriptions. Please note that all our candy is processed in a facility that may also handle nuts, dairy, and gluten.
